How do I cancel my Season Pass?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Time Called. You can also get there from the app: tap your initial on Today, then Manage Season Pass. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
I bought the Season Pass but it's locked
Open the Season Pass screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
I can't afford it right now
On the Season Pass screen, tap “Can't afford it right now?” to take a free year. No forms and no proof needed. Call timeout, crisis lines, your coach and your real number are always free anyway.
How do I unblock an app?
In the app, request an unlock. It takes 48 hours on purpose, because urges pass faster than that. Deleting the app also removes its blocks.
Where does my information go?
Nowhere. Statements, screenshots, your real number and your progress stay on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Time Called is iPhone only for now.
